Uh oh Miley, you might be barking up the wrong tree here. On May 12, the singer took to Twitter to slam both Selena and Taylor’s fan bases, calling them ‘haters’ AND ‘psychos!’
Apparently, Miley Cyrus has had enough of Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez’s fans. She did not pull any punches on May 12 when she went on a Twitter rant about the pop stars’ followings.

According to Miley, she’s been getting a ton of hate from the fan bases — and she can’t take it anymore! “Everyday someone with a Swift or Gomez in their name wishes terrible things upon me (death is popular),” Miley wrote in the first of five tweets.
The “Party In The USA” singer then asked her own fans to refrain from this sort of behavior: “Please Smilers don’t ever think somehow you are supporting me by being hateful towards other artist. My fans make me proud by supporting my music & everything I do.”

“Im sure these haters would make their idols much happier tweeting bout their music rather than wishing death upon their peers like psychos.” Calling these fan bases psychotic might be counterproductive, but to Miley’s credit, she also took some responsibility for her fans. “Btw im not saying Smilers can’t act cray cray too. #deaththreats #TOOOOFAR.”
The fact that Miley is allegedly getting so abused by Selena and Taylor’s fans is pretty shocking — it isn’t like Miley has been writing diss songs about the other two girls, or stealing their boyfriends. Being a fellow young pop star doesn’t seem like a good enough reason to slam someone. “We’re all friends. Why can’t you all be,” Miley concluded her rant by asking.
Selena Gomez & Taylor Swift Fans Respond To Miley Cyrus
Though we sympathize with Miley completely — death threats are just way over the line — we’re also not surprised that her rant was only met with more venom.
“Selena is BETTER THAN U!” one fan responded.
One other fan tweeted at Miley, “You look like the bottom of my shoe you worthless piece of s**t die.” Yikes! So… perhaps the fans didn’t get the message.
