The hit show returned to its normal time June 25 with an all-new round of incredible acts in New York City and Los Angeles.

Summer just isn’t summer without America’s Got Talent. As the weeks go on, the talent gets tougher to top, and the pressure to make it Las Vegas heightens — but the June 25 episode definitely raised the stakes!

Top 5 Performances For June 25

5. Struck Boyz — The New Justin Biebers

This hip hop boy dance group from Staten Island were the spitting image of a young Justin Bieber. These kids have mad skills too! The little rugrats piled on the cute factor and talent, as they danced to Justin’s “As Long As You Love Me.” Heidi Klum acknowledged the resemblance to the mega pop star and Howard Stern admired their commitment to the choreography. Watch out, Justin!

4. Savannah & Brandon — Sibling Act

When contestants on any reality show choose to perform an original song, it’s either an epic fail or an epic success. With this brother and sister duo it was an epic success as they wowed us with their performance and new tune. It had a catchy, country-pop vibe that we loved. Mel B was a little hesitant toward the song choice but thought the “performance was captivating.” We don’t know about you Mel B, but we’re feeling this song!

3. Hammerstep — The Beautiful, Dark, Twisted Tap Dancers

When this group walked onto the stage wearing gas masks, we had NO IDEA they’d be tap dancers. However, this crazy good tap dance fused with some hip-hop simply knocked our socks off. They were perfectly in sync and put a new twist on traditional tap. All the judges loved these “dark, intense, and mysterious” dancers and we can’t wait to see what they tap onto the stage next.

2. Forte — The Crazy Good Strangers

After weeks of hearing incredible opera performances, it was going to be tough to keep the bar set high. However, this trio hailing from Puerto Rico, North Korea, and New York floored us with their operatic tune. Get this — they just put their performance together a few days before the audition. WHAT?! How about that for a mic drop! If this is what they sound like after just a few days, imagine what they could have in store for us after a few weeks.

1. Virginia State University Gospel Choir — America’s Got Soul

This powerful choir group from Virginia made us stand up and cheer with their soulful performance. Amidst the singing performances, it’s hard to stand out. However, this group proved having some serious soul and talent can set you apart from the competition. Mel B, and us too, even said she wanted to join in on the group! Howard boldly stated that “this act will be loved by America.” We agree, Howard. R-E-S-P-E-C-T!

So HollywoodLifers, what was your favorite performance of the night! Let us know what you thought about tonight’s episode!
