Every season of ‘The Bachelorette’ has one snake in the grass, and this season it’s Ben Scott. Speaking EXCLUSIVELY to HollywoodLife.com, newly eliminated Mikey tells us that Ben was totally dishonest and he is just like last season’s villain Tierra LiCausi.
Mikey Tenerelli is the latest contestant to miss out on a rose! He was eliminated on the June 24 episode of The Bachelorette, and he has opened up about losing Desiree Hartsock, dealing with love on TV, and how Ben Scott is totally dishonest. Mikey exclusively spoke to HollywoodLife.com and he reveals his feelings after being eliminated, and how Ben really acts when the cameras are off.
‘Bachelorette’ Contestant Mikey Reveals His Disdain For Ben Scott
Mikey, 30, became the latest Bachelorette contestant to be eliminated on the June 24 episode. However, he knew how sneaky Ben was and he cleared up the rumors to HollywoodLife.com about whether Ben really was that sly.
Basically everything you saw on the show is really true. He just wasn't truthful about anything to anyone in the house.
Mikey also revealed that Ben’s elusiveness went a step further — he went on the show to supposedly help out a bar he worked with back home. The breaking point for Mikey was when Ben interrupted Michael Garofola’s talk with Desiree.
The fact that the biggest thing that really turned me up was when he interrupted Michael, like when Michael was talking about his diabetes. I shared a room with Michael and there were many times in the middle of the night were his blood sugar was either sky high or really low, he was having a hard time – so I felt for him, you know? So for Ben to do that at the time really rubbed me the wrong way — that whole dramatic confrontation thing.
He even compared Ben to last season’s Tierra LiCausi! He must of been pretty bad to be compared to her and her “sparkle”!
Mikey Was Happy Ben Was Eliminated
To the delight of many men in the house, Ben was eliminated on the June 24 episode. For Mikey, even though he was eliminated too, he was happy to see Ben go.
I was happy that Michael G, that he made it on. He's a good kind and he's one of my best friends in the house and yeah I was glad that he was gone.
We just love the friendship between Mikey and Michael! It’s so nice to see newly eliminated Mikey feel good about Michael continuing on. What we love even more is seeing Ben gone — much to the delight of Mikey.
Mikey Defends James Case
James Case is another contestant who seems rather suspicious, and Mikey slams the rumors that he is on the show for the wrong reasons:
James is a good guy. Him and I were really close and we continue to be close. You know, he lives here in Chicago as well. Yeah, he's a good kid, you know, he's taking care of his father. I tip my hat to that and him and I hit it off from the beginning.
Phew!
What do YOU think HollywoodLifers? Are you sad Des eliminated Mikey? Did YOU think Ben was sneaky?
