Aaron Hernandez Indicted For Murder — Accused Of Killing Odin Lloyd
Murder and weapons charges against Aaron, 23, were announced before he made an appearance in Attleboro District Court, NBC News claims.
The former New England Patriots star is currently being held without bail. Prosecutors say he will be arraigned in Superior Court next Wednesday, Aug. 28, or later.
Aaron, who faces life in prison if convicted, has pleaded not guilty.
Aaron Hernandez’s Lawyer Insists He’s Innocent
“Aaron Hernandez is an innocent man as we stand here today,” Aaron’s lawyer, Michael Fee, said.
“There has been an incredible rush to judgment in this case. It has been based on innuendo and misrepresentation of facts,” Fee continued. “Today we are one step closer to a trial where the evidence will be tested…We do not believe the Commonwealth has sufficient evidence to carry its burden before a jury.”
The indictment said Aaron “did assault and beat Odin Lloyd with intent to murder him.”
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Do you think Aaron is guilty of murder?
