Not only did Desiree and her new fiance made their first public appearance as a couple on the August 5 ‘Bachelorette: After The Final Rose,’ we also learned who the next ‘Bachelor’ is going to be!
So, who is going to be the next man to hand out the roses? Chris Harrison revealed who will step into Sean Lowe‘s shoes, and it is one of Desiree Hartsock‘s former flames! On the dramatic August 5 finale of The Bachelorette: After The Final Rose, we found out exactly which handsome man is going to be beginning the journey to find love. So, who is it?
The Next Bachelor Is:
Juan Pablo Galavis!
Chris announced the lucky dude on Desiree’s finale show, and he will begin filming this October. Juan came seventh in Desiree’s season, and not only is he hot, he is a professional soccer player! He has an adorable daughter called Camilla, 4, so he will be just like Jason Mesnick!
Juan Pablo was so shy when he came out, and the girls really screamed for him!
This was not the only exciting announcement of the night!
Former Bachelor star Sean Lowe also appeared on the show, and he revealed that he and his new fiancée, Catherine Giudici, told host they plan to follow in former Bachelorette couple Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum's footsteps by televising their wedding. We couldn't be more excited!
"They haven't set a direct date, but it's going to be in 2014," a source close to Sean told HollywoodLife.com. However, we don't know a date yet! When the happy couple appeared on The Bachelorette finale, Sean said they "weren't ready to release a date," but confirmed that it will be soon!
Between XXX being named as the new Bachelor, and Catherine and Sean’s upcoming wedding, 2014 is going to be an exciting year for Bachelor fans!
