Fans were left shocked by Brooks’ shocking departure from ‘The Bachelorette’ on July 29, and in the explosive new trailer for the season finale, it looks pretty likely that Desiree gets engaged to… NOONE!

The July 29 episode The Bachelorette was truly shocking, as fans of the romantic show saw frontrunner Brooks Forester break Desiree Hartsock‘s heart when he told her that he didn’t love her and left the show. As the August 5 finale approaches, ABC has released a trailer where Desiree admits that she does not love either Chris Siegfried or Drew Kenney. So, will Desiree end up alone?

Desiree Hartsock: ‘Bachelorette’ Finale Preview — Ends Up Alone?

Fans of the romantic show saw Desiree break down in tears when Brooks said he was leaving, because he “didn’t feel it,” and that he was not in love with Desiree. While Desiree still has two very cute and nice guys left — Chris and Drew — she admits ahead of the final rose ceremony that she cannot imagine settling for either.

“Knowing I have two amazing, unreal guys who do want to love me, and who do love me… but I just can’t love them as much. Brooks leaving, it broke my heart,” Desiree admits in the dramatic preview. “I have had a lot of different struggles in relationships and love. But this is a hard one to take.”

It is clear from this preview that it was always just a one-horse race, and that Des, 27, was totally and utterly in love with Brooks, and was going to say yes when he got down on one knee.

“'It throws everything off, having Brooks gone. I'm very blindsided because it’s really hard to have pictured a marriage, to picture loving and having that in return, and having that in reach, to have that just fall … it’s the worst feeling in the world,” she adds.

So what is going to happen?

Chris Harrison Calls The Finale A ‘Big Dumpster Fire’

Speaking about the finale, host Chris Harrison described it as “a big dumpster fire” to Kris Jenner, when he appeared on her show Kris on July 30. “It's a disaster.”

Oh dear! This would be the first time the show has no winner, as in one season of The Bachelor, Brad Womack went home solo, because he did not love either finalist.

HollywoodLife.com‘s editor-in-chief Bonnie Fuller believes that if Desiree wants to be happy, she must fight for her love with Brooks.

What do YOU think HollywoodLifers? Do YOU think Desiree will pick anyone? Do YOU think she will get a happily ever after?
