Apparently, they’ve heard the fans singing ‘I Want You Back!’ When JT takes the stage at Barclays Center on August 26, it’s a definite possibility that he’ll be joined by Chris, J.C., Lance and Joey!
*NSYNC may not be “Gone” after all. Justin Timberlake is scheduled to perform at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, but he may not be doing a solo performance, a new report claims.
Will *NSYNC Perform At The VMAs?
Justin will be honored at the awards with the honorable Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, so it makes sense that his biggest supporters will be there — his former bandmates.
Yes, you read that right. J.C. Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick are scheduled to join JT in a reunion performance, New York Post reports.
The band, who officially split in 2006, haven’t performed together since 2004. This means, that if the reunion does take place at the VMAs, it will be their first performance in almost 10 years.
While it’s been some time since they’ve performed together, it doesn’t mean they haven’t remained friends. On August 16, all four bandmates were spotted showing their support at Justin’s show at Sun Life Stadium in Miami, when he performed with Jay Z.
NSYNC: Ready For Reunion
We do know that Lance is all about reuniting — in April, he posted an photo on Instagram with a drawing that read “NKOTB” with “NSYNC” written from the N.
It was a play on New Kids on the Block, who toured with Backstreet Boys in 2011, and then 98 Degrees and Boyz II Men this year. Lance clearly wants to part of the boy band revolution!
So, HollywoodLifers — what do you think? Do you want to see *NYSNC reunite on stage at the VMAs?
