The lip syncing duo is back! ‘Spring Breakers’ co-stars — and potential couple — posted a second parody, this time covering Selena’s ‘Love You Like A Love Song!’ Watch the hilarious followup video below!
Ashley Benson and James Franco made waves back in January when they released a hysterical video lip syncing Justin Bieber’s “Boyfriend.” Well, the duo is back with a logical followup, completing the circle by parodying Selena Gomez’s “Like a Love Song.”

In the Spring Breakers pink ski mask, James introduces the song by saying, “Here’s a song from one of my favorite young singers, my co-star, young Selena Gomez. Remix!”
The video then transitions into familiar territory. The production cues this time around are identical to the Justin parody — dark rooms, lone pink spotlight, wigs, lip syncing. Ashley takes on all the “singing” duties while James functions as a brain dead-looking boy and a sexy blonde in a dress. The duo definitely comes through — this video is just as hilarious as the first installment.

Ashley and James’ parody of Selena proves that they’re making these all in good fun, even though Justin probably doesn’t see it that way. When the “Boyfriend” remix was posted in January, Justin reportedly was NOT thrilled about it. “I heard from Justin,” Ashley told Seventeen, “He wasn’t happy.”
Though it may have been less an issue with Justin’s sense of humor and moreso because he viewed the video as evidence that Ashley was cheating on her boyfriend, his swagger coach, Ryan Good. "Anytime you go through a breakup, the friends get defensive," Ashley also said.

But Justin might have been right – HollywoodLife.com reported exclusively that Ashley and James were totally hooking up at the Spring Breakers premiere after-party. They were all over each other and totally seemed like a couple, according to our insider.
The Selena parody could be further evidence that Ashley and James are together — or they just love making pop song cover videos!
