Dakota Fanning, 19, was far from dolled up when she stepped out to explore New York City on March 25 . The actress was spotted picking up a cup of coffee at Balthazar restaurant in Soho. As the Hollywood star walked though the snowy weather, she sported a baggy beanie hat and a long, grey trench coat.
