Jennifer Lawrence, 22, has had her share of ups and downs throughout her career — but her newly inspired 70′s updo blows every character hairstyle she ever had out of the park. The Hollywood actress has transformed her hair into a blonde, teased updo for her new role in an untitled movie directed by David O’Russell. Jennifer was spotted sporting her new, glamorous look while filming on set in Boston, Massachusetts on March 22.
The movie covers an actual American scandal from the 1970′s that exposes national corruption dealing with five U.S. congressmen. The Academy Award winning actress plays the wife of actor Christian Bale, who plays a notorious conman turned FBI operative.
Jennifer’s Silver Linings Playbook co-star Bradley Cooper is also set tobe cast in the film. David O.Russell spoke to The Playlist in December 2012 about the direction of the film, set to hit theaters in September.
“It’s a crime drama that’s really about some very high-end financial con artists who are very colorful, strange characters,” said the director. “Bradley’s going to be like you never saw him. Christian will be… I don’t want to give too much of it away but they’re all playing real-life characters from the '70s and they’re very intense in an insane drama.”
