From Jennifer Lawrence to Charlize Theron and Naya Rivera, our fave stylish stars attended the 24th Annual GLAAD Media Awards presented by Ketel One and Wells Fargo at the JW Marriott Los Angeles at L.A. LIVE on April 20, where they showed off a slew of stylish looks. From jumpsuits to sheer, the red carpet was crowded with the biggest Spring 2013 trends!
GLAAD Awards Best Dressed:
Jennifer Lawrence debuted a shorter, layered ‘do on the carpet and it worked so well with her black David Koma Fall 2013 dress. While the new tousled style barely grazed her shoulders, I like the fact that it didn’t interfere with the sexy silhouette of the dress. Her form-fitting cocktail frock gave way to a flouncy skirt and featured a sheer neckline which added an edgy vibe, making this dress anything but basic! Nicholas Kirkwood sandals, earrings and a statement cocktail ring finished off her red carpet ensemble. While Jennifer’s look was mainly all black, she added a vibrant pop of color to the get-up thanks to her hot pink nails. The Hunger Games star looked flawless, sporting a nude lip and smoky eyes.
While Jennifer was at the top of my best dressed list, Glee gal Naya Rivera also stole the show when she stepped out in a strapless Zac Posen dress. The rose color looked lovely against her complexion while the silhouette allowed the star to really flaunt her figure. The silk frock had a seriously sophisticated vibe, thanks to the hemline that hit below-the-knee. I like the way Naya pulled her hair back, keeping the focus on the frock. A silver clutch and pointy metallic pumps tied the whole look together.
