Even though Kanye West has been overseas in paris, pregnant girlfriend Kim Kardashian is paying homage to her baby daddy with a pair of white sky-high heels designed by the rapper. She paired the intricate Giuseppe Zanotti shoes with a tight black dress that totally showed off her 7-month baby bump.
Kim Kardashian’s Black Dress — Shows Off 7-Month Bump
While Kim is settling into her third trimester of pregnancy, she is showing off her huge baby bump in her standard maternity outfit — a tight black dress and high heels. But this time, Kim’s fitted dress accentuates her baby bump without putting too much of her growing frame on display.
She also kept her ensemble spring-appropriate with a black cardigan, which balanced nicely with her stark-white heels. Her fancy footwear was created by Giuseppe Zanotti, but designed by her boyfriend Kanye. The shoes are titled Cruel Summer after his latest album.
Kim Kardashian Reveals Painful Pregnancy
Even though Kim looks sleek and chic during her NYC outing, she revealed to Ryan Seacrest during an E! special interview that she has been in so much pain throughout her pregnancy.
"I've had a lot of pain, everywhere. I'm in pain, physically," she said in the interview.
"I was waiting for this amazing experience where I can just do whatever I want, eat what ever I want, feel great, and it hasn't been that way," the mom-to-be added.
