After Reese Witherspoon’s, 37, recent encounter with the Atlanta police on April 19, it was a surprise to see her looking so gorgeous on the Mud red carpet at the MoMa in NYC just two days later. The Legally Blonde star made a bold statement at her movie premiere looking glamorous and stylish in a tiny black dress and some matching pumps. Reese’s red carpet beauty look was definitely more captivating than the mugshot she took after mouthing off to the police!

The starlet put aside her worries as she walked alongside her co-star Matthew McConaughey looking better then ever. You would have never known that Reese was in any sort of trouble as she strutted down the red carpet like it was just another day with the stars. The actress posed gracefully for the cameras but refused to answer any questions posed to her.
Resse kept her makeup simple and elegant as she sported a soft, nude lip and some black liner. The star’s bouncy curls blew in the wind as she strutted down the premiere carpet. Unfortunately, they were handcuffed, booked, and locked away for the night.
