Although Reese Witherspoon was arrested on April 19 in Atlanta, the star still managed to get glam for the Cinema Society premiere of Mud in NYC on April 21 at the MoMA, where she stepped out in a black Yves Saint Laurent mini that put her legs on full display. We have to hand it to Reese, she looked amazing! The premiere marked Reese’s first public appearance since her arrest for disorderly conduct. The 37-year-old actress made a late arrival, walking in on the arm of her hubby, Jim Toth. A pair of black pumps and a black clutch finished off her premiere look, while her new brown locks framed her face. After the movie, attendees headed over to Harlow for the Mud afterparty, where FIJI Water bottles were served on silver trays. The star recently owned up to her actions, issuing a public apology and an explanation for her behavior. “Out of respect for the ongoing legal situation, I cannot comment on everything that is being reported right now. But I do want to say I clearly had one drink too many and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said. It was definitely a scary situation and I was frightened for my husband, but that was no excuse. I was disrespectful to the officer who was just doing his job. I have nothing but respect for the police and I am very sorry for my behavior,” the star said in a statement.
