Since Erin was sporting a super fab bronzed tan, I thought it would be great to keep her makeup very neutral w/ honey glow. Perfect balance to the equally simple black strapless jumpsuit and tousled braid. Here’s the skinny on Erin’s beauty:
SKIN: I prepped Erin’s tan face with Dermalogica’s Active Moist and body with Farmhouse Fresh’s Sweet Cream body lotion.
FOUNDATION: While skin was still dewy from moisturizer, I applied a touch of Laura Mercier’s tinted moisturizer in Tan.
CONCEALER: Benefit’s Fake Up in Medium. Love the way this product moves with the skin!
POWDER: Too Faced’s Absolutely Flawless in Translucent…but I didn’t really use much. I wanted her skin to look dewy fresh.
BLUSH: Smashbox loose bronzer in the hollows of the cheeks and Lorac’s highlighter powder compact in Spotlight.
BROWS: Vanitymark’s Blondie pencil with Cover Girl clear mascara to set the brow hairs.
EYESHADOWS:MAC Goldmine on lids (applied with a damp fan tail brush). MAC Espresso in the crease and Lorac’s Spotlight powder as a highlighter.
MASCARA: L’Oreal Voluminous in Carbon. I applied a whopping 5 coats to give Erin’s already long lashes even more pop!
FAUX LASHES: I used 3 Ardell short individuals in the center and 4 medium on the outer corners (all in black) and brushed a 6th coat of mascara to ‘marry’ the both.
LIP: I prepped with Vanitymark’s Dr. KISS then iced with Elizabeth Arden’s Honey Glaze lip gloss. Love this caramel with a touch of gold lip shine. Proper summer glam!
