Rihanna Shows PDA With Katy Perry — Over Their Chris Brown Feud?
Rihanna is not one to hold a grudge, so she was thrilled when she got Katy’s invite to dinner in New York City, a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
“Ri and Katy aren’t about to let a little incident ruin they’re friendship…They were never on bad terms, really,” the source reveals. “Katy said some stuff, Rihanna didn’t give a damn or need help from anyone, so it’s like it never really happened.”
We’re so glad two of our favorite pop princesses have decided to bury the hatchet! Hopefully they won’t have any reason to argue again — they’re playing it safe by not talking much about Chris, since that’s what started their fight in the first place.
“Simply put, Rihanna didn’t mention much about him at the party other than telling Katy, ‘I hope he’s good and I wish him well,’” our source reveals. “No hard feelings — there’s just way more to her life than her relationship with Chris Brown.”
Katy Perry Explodes On Rihanna — Says She Can't Save Her
Katy opened up about her troubles with Rihanna in an August interview with Elle UK, saying, "I love her [Rihanna] and every time I see her, I'm reminded of the light that she has.”
“There's a lot of dark in this business," she added. "I know a lot of people out there with the most detrimental entourages — they are the root of their demise. It's really unfortunate but you can't save these people. My days of celebrity saving are over."
But a source close to Rihanna says she “doesn't need to be saved by anyone.”
“The man upstairs is to whom she owes everything,” a source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “That's who brought her here and that's who she's leaving with!"
