The amount of decisions a bride must make about her wedding day will turn any woman into a “bridezilla.” From the venue, to the cake, to a dress, the choices are endless. In the Spring 2013 issue of the Four Seasons Weddings Magazine, makeup expert Bobbi Brown shares her tips to make your beauty decisions more clear for your big day.
“Your bridal makeup should enhance your features so you look like yourself — at your most radiant and beautiful,” says Bobbi. The point she tries to make is that every bride should use their classic beauty routine as inspiration and then take that up one notch. It is important to look like yourself on your special day and in the album pics that will last forever.
“My biggest tip for wedding day beauty is to stay away from anything trendy, because trends come and go,” she adds.
She makes such an excellent point — you want to chose a look that will look fresh and classic 20 years from now. Avoid anything complicated or trendy. Stay away from anything that isn’t “you.” or doesn’t feel natural.
