Rihanna must have been left a little shaken up following a fan encounter on the latest stop of her Diamonds world tour. When singing “We Found Love,” an over enthusiastic fan grabbed the pop princess, and she had to resort to desperate measures to get away. How scary!
Rihanna Hits Fan With Microphone: Self-Defense?
Rihanna, 25, was singing her hit “We Found Love” from the pit below her stage, when things got a little out of hand. Rihanna was greeting her fans during the song when one grabbed her arm and would not let go.
Rihanna is seen trying to get away, and in the end she had no other choice but to defend herself, and so she used to microphone to break the fan’s grasp.
Some fans on Twitter have called Rihanna out for doing this, but it is clear from the video that she had no other choice.
Pop super star Beyonce was recently in a similar situation, when a fan slapped her butt in Copenhagen.
