It was a lucky day for Beliebers who attended the Indianapolis concert. Fans got a double dose of Bieber when he got cheeky and showed off his butt on stage.
Justin, 19, rocked sneakers, low-slung red leather pants and black fingerless gloves. He also went shirtless, showing off his chiseled, tattooed body.
