Olivia Wilde, 29, may be best known for her roles in House and Tron and for her engagement with Saturday Night Live comedian Jason Sudeikis, but she is turning heads for another reason altogether! Olivia graces the cover of InStyle‘s August issue and she looks hotter than ever! Her makeup artist, Melanie Inglessis, even posted a few shots of the glamorous movie star to Instagram to show off Olivia’s sexy look!
Olivia Wilde’s Makeup On ‘InStyle’ — Looks Like A Smokey-Eyed Goddess
She looks suave and sophisticated with her hair sleek and straight, donning a multitude of high-fashion dresses and leather gloves that channel the likes of Audrey and Katharine Hepburn. What really stands out, however, is her sparkling and smoky eye shadow and those sultry lips!
On the upper eyelid, makeup artist Melanie used a light brown and sparkling golden shade from Revlon’s Photoready Impressionist eyeshadow palette to give the eye a nice highlight. This palette features a primer, three pigmented shadows, and a sparkle top coat. The sparkles adds the highlight that makes the eyes shimmer!
On the outer corners, she used Lancome Color Design Inifite 24H in the shade Endless Purple to give it that smoky and subtle winged-out look. For the finishing touch of shadow, Melanie used Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Cream Shadow in Goldstone to give her eyes a nice golden accent. It is also used under the eyes on the lower lid so that they really pop. The luxe lashes are the result of using Revlon Lash Potion in Blackest Black. Olivia’s eyes look nothing short of amazing and now, so can yours!
Olivia’s lips look sexy! For the InStyle cover shoot, Melanie used Laura Mercier Lip Stain in Peach Glaze. This will look like a strong and sexy stain yet feels like a light lip gloss! It is effortless!
