Kim and Kanye West gave birth to their baby girl weeks early on June 15, but nobody noticed them heading to the hospital! Momager Kris Jenner revealed on her talk show ‘Kris’ how they were able to sneak into the hospital and evade the paparazzi!
Kim Kardashian, 32, may have given birth to her first child on June 15, but no one knew that she even went to the hospital! So how did the highly publicized reality star manage to get all the way to Cedars Sinai Medical Center without the whole world knowing? With some sneaky moves and help from her protective mom Kris Jenner, 57, of course!
How Did Kim Kardashian Sneak Into The Hospital To Give Birth?
Getting Kim safely and quietly to the hospital to deliver her baby girl North West was a mission in and of itself. But when Kim had to get to the hospital quickly and five weeks early for the emergency delivery, all bets were off. While Kris and Kim had every single aspect of the delivery planned, the surprising news that she had to deliver early meant that security wasn’t available, the decoy car she had planned for wasn’t there, and her hospital room wasn’t ready!
So, how did the powerful duo get to the hospital successfully without anyone knowing? Kris revealed all of the details on the series premiere of her talk show, Kris on July 15. She told her audience all about the stealthy maneuver, which she compared to a “Bonnie and Clyde” mission!
The matriarch of the family explains that it all started with an urgent email from Kim, who shockingly revealed,
I have to have the baby today, emergency, get here fast!
Kris then directed her limo driver to stop at Kim’s house where swarms of paparazzi were waiting. She helped her daughter get packed, threw the bags into the trunk and started formulating a new plan to replace the “elaborate plan” that they had hoped to use.
Kim and Kris Use Decoy Car To Arrive At The Hospital
Kris obviously decided that a decoy car was necessary so that paparazzi wouldn’t follow Kim to the hospital, so after a call to her friend Faranz, they met at a hotel, where Kim was directed to lay down under blankets to hide. Once at the hotel, the switch was ready to be made. Kris said:
We finally walked over to the car and Kim slides in. Blankets, blankets, blankets. Purse, purse, purse. I get in the front and go, ‘Let’s go.’
But it wasn’t enough for just Kim to hide, because she insisted that her mom “hit the floor” too! When the expectant mom finally did arrive at the hospital, Kris alerted security that they were there. But they still had to get to the delivery room! Kris recounted the trip into the “secret garage, down the secret alley, where the wheelchair is waiting.”
That wasn’t all! The group were directed “Up the private elevator, down through the kitchen, up down, up down. We ended up in a room — and then we had a baby,” Kris recalled on the talk show. We were exhausted just listening to the elaborate plan to ensure Kim’s privacy, we can’t imagine what they were feeling — plus they were getting ready for the emergency delivery!
