We love how Miley shows that a small trim and some fresh color can make such a huge difference. Miley Cyrus’ Haircut — New Cut & Color On ‘GMA’
We admit that Miley’s cut and color wasn’t very drastic, but it totally freshened up her entire look! Miley got a trim on the buzzed sides of her hair, which had been growing out ever-so-slightly these past few weeks. It looks like she also had the longer, front part of her hair styled slightly differently. While previously, Miley had been gelling the front part of her hair back, she’s now letting it hang loose and fall to the right side of her face.
Miley also changed up her color a little. At her last GMA performance her hair was platinum blonde, but now her color is now a slightly more mellow, bright blonde.

The hair-genius behind Miley’s style switch-up is none other than famed hairstylist Chris McMillan at The Chris McMillan Salon. Chris is Hollywood’s go-to hair guy and is famous for creating looks for Jennifer Aniston — he even created ‘The Rachel‘! We love that Chris is so versatile that he can style hair as different as Miley and Jennifer’s! Miley’s new color was done by Justin Anderson, also at The Chris McMillan Salon.
He Instagrammed a blurry pic of Miley at his salon on July 12, writing: “Fresh [cut and] Color by @anderssonjj #prettyhair #upnover #justdoit.”
