Not only did Austin Mahone take home the award for Breakout Artist at the 2013 Young Hollywood Awards, he also put on an amazing performance of ‘What About Love’ and stole the show!
Austin Mahone was one of many young stars to perform at the Broad Stage during the Young Hollywood Awards on August 1. Singing “What About Love,” Austin killed it with an energetic dance routine, and the crowd loved it! Read on and watch the video!
Austin Mahone Performs ‘What About Love’
Cue the screams! The adorable 17-year-old star brought down the house with his performance of “What About Love.”
Wearing a tan jacket, white shirt and jeans, Austin looked awesome and had four cute backing dancers, and the crowd loved it!
Austin’s close friend, Selena Gomez was also in attendance at the 2013 YHA’s, where she received two awards! Everyone who walked the red carpet looked stunning, but Selena really rocked in a cute dress.
Austin Talks Disneyland Date With Selena Gomez
After Austin was spotted on June 26 with Selena at Disneyland, rumors began to swirl that the two were romantically involved.
“I was in LA and she was there at the same time,” Austin, 17, told us. “She was just like, ‘Come hang out at Disneyland with me!’”
However, for those of you who were hoping for an AUSENA romance, you’ve unfortunately been let down!
“We're just friends,” Austin cleared up. “It was cool, it was fun, it was great.”
