Selena just showed every girl that even though it’s Aug. 1, you can still rock a sleek, black ensemble! You don’t have to pull out the neon pinks and greens just because it’s summer.

Selena wasn’t the only celeb who turned up looking dazzling. Kelly Osbourne rocked the carpet and Lucy Hale looked flirty in lace with her Le Silla shoes and a Peggy Hartanto belt.
