Rihanna is officially helping with her on-again boyfriend’s new album, which Chris compares to ‘forbidden fruit.’

Chris Brown has been revealing a lot about his relationship with Rihanna — he even told Ryan Seacrest that he tried for “years” to show how “sorry” he was for assaulting her in 2009 — but perhaps the most surprising revelation of all is that RiRi will appear on his upcoming album!

That little nugget of information was revealed during an extensive interview with USA Today, but interestingly enough, the confirmation was done very subtly.

“He and girlfriend Rihanna, who will appear on the album, are ‘taking it one day at a time,’” the article reads.

Chris Brown Reveals ‘X’ Album Details

So why is Chris calling his new album X?

X is about life, it’s about me,” he tells the paper. “X is the 24th letter of the alphabet, and I’ll be 24 when it comes out. When you see X on a vial, it’s like forbidden fruit. For me, it means being able to express myself without a filter, without boundaries.”

“Forbidden fruit,” eh? Sounds a lot like Chris and Rihanna’s relationship, which has come under fire since the couple recently got back together — and has been piling on the PDA.

HollywoodLifers, are you excited to hear Chris and Rihanna’s latest duet? Do you think this will finally put silence their relationship’s naysayers?
