Police tell HollywoodLife.com that they are investigating the claim that Justin physically attacked his neighbor on March 26 and that the accuser showed no signs of physical signs of assault or battery.
Justin Bieber just can’t catch a break. After it was reported that Justin got into a fight with his neighbor on Mar. 26 at his home in Calabasas, Calif., HollywoodLife.com spoke with Los Angeles County spokesperson Steve Whitmore who gave us the scoop on what exactly went down.
Did Justin Beat Up His Neighbor?
Steve tells HollywoodLife.com: “We got a call at 9:08 am we don’t know where it came from. But we responded. Allegations have been made against Mr. Bieber, accusing him of battery, that’s all we know. We are investigating. We are not at the residence. We will make a report, and then we will take the appropriate action once the investigation is concluded.”
A source familiar with Justin’s security team’s account of the situation: “It’s not true. The neighbor went onto justin’s property. There was no physical altercation. They only spoke briefly and justin told him to get off his property.”
Meanwhile, Justin just got back from touring all over Europe on his Believe tour. He doesn’t have much down time because he has to perform in Germany on March 28 and he’s touring until the end of the summer.
