On Tuesday, March 26, season four of ‘The Voice’ proved it will be the best season yet! With Spanish speaking folk singers, to a model-turned-singer pop star, the judges became the vulnerable ones, begging the talent to join their team.
The night started with a gorgeous model who chose a Maroon 5 song – so, how did he react when Adam Levine wanted him? Then, the night went out on an amazing note with a 22-year-old student who turned all four chairs. Here the amazing audition below!
Josiah Hawley: Model Makes Usher Dance
For the girls in the audience, it was a great idea to open the show with a male model-turned-singer. Josiah Hawley, 27, has been modelling while in school to pay the bills, but has been trying to make it in music.
So, when he took on “Sunday Morning” by Maroon 5 – the band that Adam is the lead singer of, the crowd went crazy. And they weren’t the only ones.
He turned the chairs of Blake Shelton, Usher, and Adam, and then they all worked to convince him they were best!
“You picked my song!” Adam pleaded. But, it wasn’t enough, and he – to all of our surprises – chose Usher! Now, that is a great duo.
Plus, Usher danced his way back to his chair after greeting Josiah, just to rub it in the guys’ faces. We love the friendly competition.
Sarah Simmons Blows Minds With Joan Osbourne Cover
Another night of The Voice, another amazing woman ending the show. Last night it was Judith Hill who rocked the competition. Tonight, it was a 22-year-old student Sarah Simmons.
Starting with a soft tone, Sarah displayed her sensitive side, which turned the chairs of Adam and Shakira. Then, she got a little raspy and it seemed like clock work – Blake and Usher turned.
So, after all four judges laid out what they had to offer, Sarah was left with a tough decision — which included Blake screaming “PICK BLAKE” and Adam literally begging “please, please, please,” with (an adorable) pout.
And, her choice was… Team Adam!
If you’re keeping count, that’s the second front-runner Adam has picked up! Now let’s just hope when it comes time for him to team up his own team, he doesn’t put them against each other!
So, HollywoodLifers, which team would YOU choose?
