Lea Michele is heartbroken after the loss of her soulmate, Cory Monteith, who died unexpectedly from a dangerous mix of alcohol and heroin at the age of 31. Cory was so confident in his love for Lea that he told his loved ones that she was the one.

Anyone close to Lea and Cory could point out their differences — Lea is complicated and driven, while Cory was sweet and generous. But somehow the two made a perfect match.
“Cory told me he had found the right one,” Cory’s cousin, Richard Monteith, told People magazine.
Another pal added, “They complimented each other.”
Lea has always been so focused on her career, and she probably surprised even herself when she found love with Cory on the set of Glee.
“Cory softened her in a lot of ways,” another source told People. “It’s clear they had something genuine and surprisingly sweet.”
Lea Michele Is Worried No One Will Love Her Like Cory Monteith Did
The fact that Lea and Cory’s love was so true must make it even harder for Lea to cope with his death. Devastated after losing Cory, Lea “doesn't want to get out of bed. Her eyes are swollen from crying nonstop," a source tells OK! magazine.
Lea is worried she will never find another love like Cory.
"She feels like she may never find someone to love her the way Cory did," the close friend of the couple says. "She runs scenarios over and over again in her head, trying to figure out, could she have helped him? Could she have saved him?"
