Demi couldn’t be happier that Joe ranked her atop his list on national television, HollywoodLife.com has learned.
We all had a good laugh watching Joe Jonas rank the former Disney girls – Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez – in order of favorite to least favorite on the July 23 episode of Watch What Happens Live, but for Demi, the interview wasn’t just a source of entertainment; it was also an “important” step in their friendship.
“Demi loves the fact that she is on the top of the list, as they had a really tumultuous relationship, both as friends and boyfriend girlfriend in the past,” a source close to Demi tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. ”Hearing that she is his favorite actually makes her feel really good. She considers this to be very important.”
We’re with Demi on this one. It’s always nice to see exes getting along, so for Joe to say such a nice thing about his former flame — especially on a TV show known for heavy drinking and low blows — was really encouraging.
What do Miley & Selena Think Of Joe’s Comments?
Demi wasn’t the only one of Joe’s ladies to watch the viral interview. Our source confirms that both Miley and Selena are well aware of Joe’s interview — and the order in which he ranked them.
“Miley thinks the whole situation was funny, and she’s really not taking it too seriously,” We’re told. “She is not mad or angry, she just thinks its funny.”
Miley has a great attitude about the whole thing, as does Selena, whom we’re told is letting the whole thing roll off her back.
“Selena heard about it and doesn’t care at all,” our source says. “It was in one ear and out the other.”
