Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe Giudice are currently facing tax evasion and bank fraud charges that could land them in jail for up to 50 years. Although the charges are very serious, Teresa has put on a happy face and has been spending a lot of time out and about with her family!

Since the charges were announced, Teresa and her husband have been all smiles and hitting the beach frequently with their four daughters for some family quality time.
On August 4, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star shared a pic of herself posing with Joe in a skimpy bathing suit with the caption “Me and my Honey…” Teresa also posted a picture of Joe surfing with their daughter Milania.
It seems Teresa wants to soak up as many sun rays as possible while she still can!
Teresa & Joe Giudice Indicted: Teresa Releases A Statement
After news broke of the charges, Teresa released a statement:
Today is the most difficult day for our family. I support Joe and, as a wonderful husband and father, I know he wants only the best for our lovely daughters and me. I am committed to my family and intend to maintain our lives in the best way possible, which includes continuing my career. As a result, I am hopeful that we will resolve this matter with the Government as quickly as possible.
