Kayne West was slammed when he meanly interrupted Taylor Swift‘s 2009 VMA speech, but everyone was wishing he would steal the mic at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards on Aug. 25, when Taylor called out her ex Harry Styles! Taylor, you are a gorgeous girl with a ton of talent, so stop dissing Harry!
Taylor Swift’s VMA Speech — Calls Out Harry Styles
Taylor, at 23-years-old, you are far too old for such childish behavior. When you rightfully won the award for Best Female Video for “I Knew You Were Trouble,” the entire crowd went wild, and your BFF Selena Gomez wooped and cheered. There was no need for you to diss Harry!
Taylor, your speech was really very embarrassing. You said ”I also wanna thank the person who inspired ['I Knew You Were Trouble'], who knows exactly who he is, because now I got one of these!”
Taylor, you need to stop. You already called Harry out before at the Grammy’s in February 2013, when you mocked his English accent during your performance of “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.” You guys broke up more than seven months ago in January, so it has been way too much time for you to still be bitter.
Taylor, you should be so happy you won a moon man! You really did have the best music video in your category, and you shouldn’t flaunt your success by taking down others. Sure, you thanked Harry for inspiring you, but you should not get a kick out of dissing other people.
Furthermore, at only 19-years-old, Harry is acting much more mature than you are. Not once has he ever publicly dissed you, but you have called him out twice now at awards shows. Taylor, you are a role model and you should know better.
Taylor, you have millions of young fans who look up to you, so don’t set a bad example. Most importantly, by repeatedly bashing Harry, it looks like you still really like him or, worse, that you are not over him.
Harry looked super awkward during your speech,but his band mates Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson were visibly laughing at you, and HollywoodLife.com exclusively learned that they think she is “sad.”
One Direction Laughs At Taylor Swift Diss At VMAs
Taylor, before you dissed Harry, you were caught mouthing “shut the f*** up” with an exasperated and annoyed look on your face while One Direction presented an award. Well, the boys are not impressed!
“All of the One Direction members have seen the video of Taylor [allegedly] talking negative about them and they laughed about it the entire time and thought that she should worry about important things besides talking s*** about them. They think it’s sad that they affect her attitude so much and she should grow up!” a source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively.
Taylor, you have made an entire career out of your heartache, and it is great that you can channel that energy into song. However, if you ever want to get another boyfriend, you need to let bygones be bygones!
If there ever was a time for Kanye to pop out and not let Taylor finish a speech, this was it!
