Considering how tight the Kardashian family appears to be on television, we’re surprised to hear that Khloe Kardashian reportedly managed to keep her husband Lamar Odom’s alleged drug problem a secret for most of her marriage. However, once cheating rumors started surfacing, Khloe reportedly felt the need to reveal the real reason for her problematic marriage.
Khloe Kardashian Kept Lamar Odom’s Alleged Drug Problem A Secret — Family Had No Idea
Khloe, 29, did not want to burden her family by telling them about Lamar’s alleged drug issues, TMZ reports. The site also notes that Kourtney and Kim Kardashian learned of Lamar’s alleged addiction “very recently.” Kris Jenner, on the other hand, has known for a longer period of time, but was still kept in the dark for many, many months.
Khloe Kardashian Hires Private Investigator To Follow Lamar Odom
Khloe reportedly hired a private investigator to follow Lamar, and even then, she reportedly lied about his alleged drug use as well. Khloe reportedly told the investigator that Lamar, 33, was addicted to “performance enhancing drugs” and that’s why she needed their help. Khloe never mentioned cocaine.
When stories about Lamar cheating started to surface, and Khloe’s family reportedly started asking questions, she decided it was time to reveal the truth. Thankfully, they’re now rallying around Khloe and supporting her through this difficult time.
