Rihanna & Drake Meet Up For A Sexy Dinner In NYC Aug 26th 2013, 20:02, by HL Intern Rihanna and Drake were spotted having a friendly group dinner at Beauty & Essex in New York City on Aug. 23 — but was it just a cover-up for hooking up? Read on to judge for yourself! Rihanna has definitely had her fair share of drama over the years with exes Chris Brown and Drake, but on Aug. 23, the mood was much more low key. Rihanna and Drake were spotted at NYC hotspot Beauty & Essex for dinner with a group of people. Were the former lovers there as more than just friends? Rihanna & Drake In Good Spirits On Dinner Date Drake arrived with a group of 10 people and Rihanna joined them later, solo, and sat across from him, according to the New York Post. The group was reportedly in good spirits and even did shots! "They were in very good spirits and were dancing and singing. Drake and Rihanna seemed to be just friends enjoying a fun night out,” a source told the paper. Bouncers blocked fans from snapping photos. Meanwhile, Drake and Rihanna left separately after the group left a $500 tip. Could Rihanna & Drake Be Hooking Up Again? The pair were both at the Dream Downtown hotel for Diddy and Jay Z‘s VMAs after party, which raised some eyebrows! "All the people inside were talking about them hanging together inside [the party]," a source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. "They left separately at the same time, but through different exits."
