“I love and support Cory and will stand by him through this,” Lea told People. “I am grateful and proud he made this decision.”
What a tough thing to do — Lea is being totally selfless. What a recovering addict like Cory needs as he starts his road to rehabilitation is unconditional love, free of judgment. That’s what Lea is giving him. A lesser person might hold Cory’s substance problems against him and let them drag the relationship down, but Lea is proving that she truly loves Cory and will be there for him no matter what.
