Jenni “JWoww” Farley & Deena Cortese took to their Twitters upon hearing that Shain Gandee, 21, star of MTV’s Buckwild, was found dead with two others on April 1. The support from his MTV family shows how much people loved him! So sad!

The two Jersey Shore stars were saddened by the news as JWoww tweeted, “That’s awful that shain passed… He was just a baby. Rip. #Buckwild.” Deena chimed in with her thoughts saying, “So sad to hear the news about someone from the mtv family :( rip Shain Gandee #Buckwild my heart goes out to his fam n friends.”
And to keep things in the MTV family, The Hills star Spencer Pratt tweeted, “‘Buckwild’ Star Shain Dead at 21 http://tmz.me/11cqL55 #Breaking @MTV So Sad! #RIPSHAIN”
Shain Gandee Found Dead With Two Other Bodies
TMZ was originally told by officials that, Shain and two other bodies were discovered in a wooded area in a vehicle in Sissonville, West Virginia. The last time that Shain was heard from was at 3 AM on March 31, when the Buckwild star told people close to him that he was intending on going “four-wheeling” with his uncle David Gandee.
According to WOWKTV, one of the bodies has been identified to be David’s.
The Kanawha Sheriff’s Office Releases Statement On The Deaths
HollywoodLife.com was able to obtain exclusive comments about the tragedy as the Sheriff’s office told us, “We cannot confirm the identities of the bodies at this point, but there are three. The vechicle was found at 11.30am this morning in a wooded area near Shain’s house. We are dealing with a geography problem right now because it is a remote area and the car is in a ravine. The bodies have not yet been moved, and I estimate that a passer by found the car. Shain and David were last seen at Big Larry’s bar at 3am on Sunday night, and they were reported missing later by family. I don’t know if they crashed, but that’s a strong possibliity.”
MTV’s Statement On The Passing Of Shain Gandee
MTV issued a statement on the tragedy, showing their grief on the subject. They said:
"We are shocked and saddened by the terrible news about Shain Gandee, and those involved in this tragic incident. We are waiting for more information but at this time, our main concern is for the Gandee family and their friends. Our thoughts and prayers are with them. Shain had a magnetic personality, with a passion for life that touched everyone he met and we will miss him dearly."
