Lisa’s ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ co-stars tell HollywoodLife.com she’d be a ‘great’ addition to the Bravo franchise.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is reportedly getting a major facelift as it heads into production of its fourth season, with several of the women — Camille Grammer, Taylor Armstrong and others — rumored to be bidding the franchise adieu. So when we heard that Lisa Rinna had been approached about joining the show, HollywoodLife.com went straight to her fellow Celebrity Apprentice co-stars, Donald Trump and Omarosa, for their take on the rumors.
“I hope she does,” Omarosa told us April 1 at Trump Tower, just one day after her firing was aired on television. “She’s smart, she’s a good friend; I’ve known her for 10 years.”
The Donald agreed, adding that he thinks the idea is “great” and that Lisa is “has done fantastically well; she’s terrific.”
Would Omarosa Join ‘RHOBH,’ Herself?
While I had Lady O.’s ear, there’s no way I could pass up the chance to ask about her own reality TV plans. Sadly, she was quick to shoot down the possibility of joining RHOBH.
“If you’ve noticed, I don’t really do well in ensemble casts,” she said. “I’m more of the leading, starring role. … I was the only contestant ever to have a spin-off from The Apprentice, and I was the star of that. That’s how I roll.”
Donald, meanwhile, told me Omarosa would be “great” on the show.
Lisa Rinna Tweets About ‘RHOBH’ Rumors
So what does Lisa have to say about joining the Real Housewives? Like most of her scheming TV characters, Lisa chose to speak out in the most cryptic way possible: a vague tweet!
“I get paid to play a bitch,” Lisa tweeted. “I don’t want to be one.”
(Ironically, this tweet may have been meant to shoot down rumors, but it actually reinforces that Lisa would make an incredible RHOBH cast member.)
