The new father, rapper and fashion designer can’t wait to make girlfriend Kim Kardashian, 32, his wife — and he plans on doing it in grand fashion! “He wants something really cool and big and over-the-top,” a pal told Us Weekly of the potential impending nuptials. Is Kanye West Engagement Ring Shopping For Kim Kardashian?
Kanye and Kim are looking to get married! “They’ve been discussing marriage for a while,” a source tells Us Weekly. “A wedding is in the works.” But while the couple are planning the bash together, Kanye needs and wants no helping picking out the perfect ring for his bride-to-be!
Kim chose her own ring — a $1.8 million 20-plus-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond — when she married her ex-husband, Kris Humphries, but fashionisto Kanye is doing it all on his own. A source told the mag:
Kanye is very interested in design and decor. He will want to be involved in all of that.
Kanye is no stranger to the fashion world. The rapper recently decided to team up with French fashion company APC on a men’s line, and has even said he’s willing to help Kim’s youngest sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner on their fashion line.
Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Are Planning A Large Wedding
While Kim may want a small, intimate wedding after throwing a $10 million wedding spectacular when she married Kris (which resulted in a divorce just 72 days later), Kanye reportedly isn’t having it! A close confidant of Kim told the mag, “Kanye has never been married before and wants a big wedding.”
Apparently Kim is warming up to the idea of another big wedding, though, so we can expect an extravagant affair — and a ring to match!
