Usher’s son’s aunt was hysterical on the phone trying to get an ambulance after the little boy stopped breathing and now Usher’s ex wife raced to file for custody.
Usher‘s son Usher Raymond V was taken to the hospital after nearly drowning in a pool in Atlanta on August 6! The scary 911 call placed by his aunt has just been released, and now Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Raymond is seeking more custody of her kids!
Usher 911 Call — Son Hospitalized After Pool Accident
Usher's 5-year-old son was reportedly playing in the pool when he dove to pick up a toy from the bottom. Then he reportedly got his arm stuck in the pool’s drain — and two men working inside the house rushed outside to free him.
Usher Raymond V’s aunt, Rena Oden, was the first to try to try to rescue the boy — and then she made the hysterical emergency 911 call to report the scary incident! In the 911 call, she frantically tells the emergency dispatcher ”My nephew was in the pool. He went and I couldn’t get him. I tried to get him. They did CPR on him.” Clearly distressed, Rena is out of breath for the duration of the phone call, as she checks on the little boy’s own breathing.
There is also another little boy talking in the background of the call — most likely Usher’s 4 year old son, Naviyd Ely Raymond — is crying and saying that “he’s faking,” to Rena’s assurance that Usher Raymond V is not faking this horrible condition.

Usher’s Ex-Wife Tameka Raymond Files For Custody
In light of all the scary news surrounding the Raymond family, Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Raymond is seeking to gain more custody of her kids.
Tameka is trying to take custody away from Usher “on grounds he’s creating a dangerous environment,” reports TMZ. The site also reports that Tameka believes Aunt Rena is “too physical in disciplining the kids.”
Usher currently has primary custody of both of the pair’s children, while Tameka has limited custody. Tameka hopes to reverse the family’s situation, explains TMZ.
