Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe Giudice are facing some major jail time after being indicted on 39 charges of fraud. Going to jail would mean leaving her four daughters, Gia, 12, Gabriella, 9, Milania, 8, and Audriana, 3, without both of their parents. So, who would take care of their young girls if Teresa and Joe do go to jail? A new report suggests that Teresa’s brother and sister-in-law would become the guardians, and just the thought is allegedly driving Teresa crazy!

Teresa has a long history with her brother Joe Gorga and his wife, Melissa, most of which has been chronicled on the Bravo reality show. The foursome seem to have mended their relationship, having a breakthrough and shedding many tears on the July 28 episode of the reality series. But that doesn’t mean that she wants Melissa and Joe to have her children!
An insider told the In Touch Weekly all about the potential living arrangement:
Everyone is saying how Melissa and [Teresa's brother] Joe will raise Teresa’s kids if she goes to jail. It’s making Teresa crazy. Through all of her legal woes, she’s still caught up in the show’s drama.
Teresa Considering Testifying Against Joe To Stay Out Of Jail
While Teresa may be looking at a hefty 50 years in jail, there is potentially a way to stay out of the big house. According to a federal attorney that is not working on the Giudice’s case, “She could try to get a plea deal. The government could make her a deal where she could plead to something lesser in exchange for testimony against her husband.” A plea deal would keep the mom out of jail and home with her four young daughters.
