From one Bachelor to another. Juan Pablo was only just announced as the new ‘Bachelor,’ but former ‘Bachelor’ Sean thinks that ABC should have picked his buddy Jef!
Come this winter another man will be stepping into Sean Lowe‘s sexy shoes, and it is none other than Juan Pablo Galavis! But he was not Sean’s first choice for his replacement — he wanted his former love rival Jef Holm to take the coveted spot!
Sean Lowe On Juan Pablo Galavis As ‘The Bachelor’: Jef Holm Should’ve Been Chosen
Jef, 28, was reportedly in talks to be the next man to hand out the roses, but on August 5, Chris Harrison announced that sexy Venezuelan Juan Pablo would be the man looking for love in the cheesy TV show.
However, if Sean, 29, was making the decision, there would only be one man for the job!
“He’s funny, articulate, different and already has a large fan base,” Sean tells OK! about Jef. “I think the franchise needs a polarizing guy like Jef for a bounce back.”
Jef previously won the last season of The Bachelorette when he was chosen by Emily Maynard, but they broke up just two months after going public.
While Sean is probably bummed his friend didn’t get the part, he is offering his advice to Juan.
“Be yourself,” he advises. “Forget about the cameras and the exotic dates and have fun with the woman (or women) you’re with.”
That is pretty good advice!
