Lea Michele looks absolutely heartbroken in an Instagram photo she posted on August 6, one day after the cast returned to the ‘Glee’ set, following Cory Monteith’s sad and sudden death on July 13.
Lea Michele has been coping with the death of her boyfriend and Glee co-star Cory Monteith, who died of an overdose on July 31 at 31. And while Lea says it “feels so good to be home” on the set of the Fox series, the photo she posted of herself as Rachel Berry on August 6 looks hauntingly sad.

The heartbreaking image shows the dark-haired beauty sitting alone atop a trunk at the foot of her bed. Her hair has been pulled back into a high ponytail and she sits with her eyes fixed and face expressionless. Could this be an image from the Cory tribute episode?
Lea Michele Spotted At Recording Studio For 'Glee'
Lea, who was seen wearing a sweet silver “Cory” necklace, was spotted leaving a Hollywood recording studio on August 5.
The 26-year-old actress, who was back in the studio for the fifth season of Glee, revealed to fans on Twitter that she recorded a “beautiful & perfect song” in the wake of Cory’s tragic death.
Cory Monteith’s Tragic Death
Cory was found dead inside his Vancouver, Canada hotel room and authorities later determined he died of a toxic combination of heroin and alcohol.
The fifth season of Glee will premiere on September 26 and the show will kill off his Finn Hudson character in a special tribute episode, which will air on October 10.
