Kim Kardashian is quite the fashionista and has already had major success designing fabulous clothes. So, why not launch a children’s clothing line? Kim’s friend and designer Lloyd Klein is working on his own kids’ line, and he thinks the reality star should too! Is a collaboration in their future?
Is Kim Kardashian, 32, adding children’s clothing designer to her already mile-long list of responsibilities? According to her friend and fashion designer Lloyd Klein, 48, the answer may be yes, and we couldn’t be more excited about it!
Kim Kardashian Clothing Line For Kids? — Kids’ Clothes In Her Future?
Lloyd Klein definitely thinks that a children’s line is in Kim’s future, and he wants to work with her on it! “I am sure she is going to come up with a line for babies,” Lloyd told the New York Daily News. “It’s very cute to design for babies. [It would be] soft colors, pastels, something very dreamy and still trendy.”
Lloyd himself is working on his own children’s line, so a collaboration would be perfect for the two! He told the NY Daily News:
I do have a line that I am trying to put together for children, for babies, and it is called Baby Lloyd, but we are not there yet. There is still a way to go.
A clothing line would be perfect for Kim, because she has a built-in baby model in daughter, North West! Lloyd expects the newborn would be a “great poster child.”
A History of Successful Clothing Lines
Kim isn’t a stranger to the fashion world. Along with her sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian Odom, the trio have numerous clothing lines, including Kardashian Kollection at Sears and K-Dash by Kardashian for QVC. They even have their own clothing stores, DASH, in Los Angeles, New York and Miami. These old pros could work wonders with a kid’s line!
