Britney is DEFINITELY back! On the June cover of ‘Shape’ magazine, the 31-year-old shows off her impressive abs, and admits that as she gets older, it gets tougher to keep her physique!
Whatever it is that Britney Spears is doing, it’s absolutely working! While she allegedly has signed on for a two-year residency in Las Vegas, it seems she has been prepping for the show with some serious dieting and working out — and she’s revealed what she does to stay in shape.
Britney Spears On ‘Shape’ Cover
On the cover of Shape, Brit looks super toned in a white strappy bikini, showing off her glowing tan and perfect abs! While the magazine hasn’t hit stands yet, Shape‘s Twitter account posted the pic, writing, “Okay, guys, the wait is over! We’re so excited to show you our gorgeous June cover featuring @britneyspears!!”
And gorgeous it is!
Brit also gave us a sneak peek of the inside shoot, posting a pic of her in a sexy black bra and high-waisted skirt, next to a punching bag — her hands were even taped up, as though she had just been boxing.
One thing comes to mind when seeing this pic: I wish I could look that hot while working out!
Britney Admits ‘Dieting Is Tough’
After signing a two-year residency deal with Caesars Entertainment to perform in Las Vegas, Britney has been taking her dieting seriously. But with two kids and her A-list fame, it hasn’t been easy!
“Dieting is tough … because my specialties are spaghetti, brownies and chocolate chip cookies,” she told the mag.
To stay in shape, she thanks the Nutrisystem weight-loss program and doing yoga! However, she admitted to the mag that yes, like most women, she does have cellulite! She even said that her famous backside is another thing that she struggles to keep up with.
“I like it, then again, I hate it. I'm in my 30s now, so I have to work harder to keep it ‘up,’” she said.
