Two days after the annual Met Gala on May 6, HollywoodLifers are still debating which star looked best, and two names are standing head-and-shoulders above the rest: Nina Dobrev and Kristen Stewart! (Sorry, Kim Kardashian. You can have an honorable mention if you’d like.)
Nina and Kristen — both of whom play humans-turned-vampires on The Vampire Diaries and Twilight, respectively — fully embraced the evening’s “punk” theme, opting for pants instead of the expected gowns.

It’s too bad Nina couldn’t have lent her Met Gala outfit to her on-screen person, because if Elena had been rocking the lacy Monique Lhuillier number, she would have won prom queen for sure.

Kristen Stewart Stunned In Stella McCartney
Not only did Kristen look good in her Stella McCartney pantsuit, but she actually played a key role in making the outfit work!
“We had a fitting via Skype,” Kristen’s stylist Tara Swennen told us. ”We were at Kristen's house and Stella was on the phone and we had a tailor come in. Having Stella there for her input was great.”
