Jodi Arias: Shocked She Was Found Guilty Of First Degree Murder May 8th 2013, 21:57 The jury found Jodi guilty of murdering her boyfriend Travis Alexander in 2008. HollywoodLife.com spoke to a body language expert who told us that this was the last thing Jodi expected! A jury found Jodi Arias guilty of murder in the first degree on May 8. She admitted to stabbing her boyfriend Travis Alexander 27 times, slitting his throat, and shooting him in the head. The jury is currently deliberating the verdict. HollywoodLife.com had Dr. Lillian Glass watch Jodi’s body language during the reading of the verdict and she says that she thought she would be found innocent. Jodi Arias Thought She Would Be Found Innocent HollywoodLife.com spoke with Dr. Lillian Glass about Jodi’s behavior in the courtroom and she tells us that at first Jodi seemed confident.   “She thought she wasn’t going to be convicted,” Dr. Glass tells us. “When the jurors came in she became nervous.”   Dr. Glass goes on to say that instead of holding her head down in shame during the reading of the verdict, she starred into the eyes of each juror. This is another telling sign from Jodi that she thought she would be found innocent.   “She shot daggers at each of the jurors,” she tells us. “This is a sociopath that thinks she can fool the world. She was sure that she could have gotten this over on the jury … so this was shocking to her. That’s when she looked at each juror instead of bowing her head and feeling remorse.” Jodi Found Guilty Of Murder We told you that the jury has been in court since January 2 and deliberating the verdict for 15 hours. Jodi was found guilty of murder in the first degree and was found dead in his shower in Phoenix, AZ, in 2008. Jodi admitted, after first denying it, to stabbing him 27 in the back and torso. She also shot him in the head and slit from ear-to-ear. Jodi could face execution, unless the jury grants her life in prison.
