As far as we’re concerned, Beyonce, 31, can do no wrong. We absolutely loved it when Queen Bey took the pixie-cut-plunge (very Sasha Fierce) and loved it even more when she decided to rock a blond bob just a few days later. We think Beyonce has the looks and attitude to pull off just about any do, but do you love or loathe her newest look, which she debuted at the V Festival in England on August 18?

Beyonce gave an amazing performance as she strutted her stuff on stage and went through multiple costume changes on August 18. But even with Queen Bey’s performance commanding all of our attention, we still couldn’t keep our eyes off her new blond bob!
While we loved Beyonce’s pixie cut, we think it lacked the drama necessary for performing. After all, Beyonce dances a good deal on stage and she needs hair with a little movement to give her some je nais se quoi. This bob is the perfect compromise between her crazy-long waves and her super-short pixie.
Furthermore, this angular bob is an extremely flattering cut for Beyonce. The cut tapers toward the back, which allows the front pieces to act as flattering face framing layers. Plus, Beyonce has an oval face with high cheekbones, so hair that draws attention to her bone structure looks amazing.
