Kristen Stewart looked super sad as she caught a flight to Berlin after wrapping up filming on Camp X-Ray last week. As far as we know, Kristen hasn’t seen her ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson since he paid her a visit at the beginning of August, and Rob has reportedly been hanging out with Mischa Barton since then. Kristen Stewart At LAX Airport Looking Sad — Missing Robert Pattinson?
We’re not sure if Kristen, 23, is headed to Berlin for business or pleasure, but we can tell you about the last time she was there. Rob and Kristen, along with some of their Twilight castmates, travelled to Berlin for the Breaking Dawn Part 2 premiere in November 2012. While they were there, Rob and Kristen broke off from the group to have a romantic date a bowling alley. This was obviously a happier time for Rob and Kristen, and they looked madly in love!
Perhaps Kristen was feeling sad as she left for Berlin because she was reminiscing about the last time she was there with Rob.
Poor Kristen! She was crushed when Rob recently moved to Beverly Hills to get away from her, leaving her stuck in their old neighborhood, Loz Feliz, surrounded by reminders of him. A little trip across the seas would probably do Kristen good, but it seems like no matter how far she goes, she can’t escape the memory of Rob.
The one piece of good news here is that Kristen has finally upgraded her shades. She traded in the broken sunglasses she’s been wearing lately for a shiny new pair. We hope they will give her a more positive outlook!
Robert Pattinson Hangs Out With Mischa Barton — Is Kristen Stewart Sad?
Meanwhile, Rob, 27, has been keeping busy at home by hosting some intimate gatherings with his inner circle of friends — which now includes O.C. star Mischa, according to E! News.
"[Rob] is extremely cool and laid-back and hasn't been overly flirting with lots of girls or anything. He just wants to enjoy himself and be with good people,” a source tells the site.
Rob has been making new friends like Mischa in an effort to move on from his life with Kristen. He also decided to leave the past behind him by moving into a brand new home.
"Rob has moved out of the Los Feliz area to get away from Kristen and her friends," a friend of Rob's tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. "There were too many memories there for him."
We can certainly see why Kristen would be feeling sad right now, but we hope her little getaway to Berlin will cheer her up.
