Demi Lovato is one cool chick. In a new pic released from the August 11 Teen Choice Awards, Demi was spotted hugging Blanda Eggenschwiler, who is none other than the girlfriend of her ex Joe Jonas! Are you impressed by her maturity?

Demi, 20, was sitting with Nick Jonas and Selena Gomez, when she was pictured engaging with both Blanda and Joe. Demi is laughing and smiling in the pics, showing that she is totally over her previous heartache with Joe!
What a cool girl. Like Demi, Joe has totally moved on, and he even said in an interview that Demi was his favorite former Disney girl!
On the July 23 episode of Watch What Happens Live, Andy Cohen forced Joe to rank, Demi, Selena and Miley Cyrus in order of who he liked the most, and he picked Demi!
Joe said:
Me and her are very cool now, so favorite [is] Demi. Wow. I want to say … I can’t say ‘plead the fifth’ yet, this is bad. … I’ll go Miley and Selena, because Selena I haven’t seen in a while. I saw Miley; she was very nice.
And Demi was thrilled she was picked first!
"Demi loves the fact that she is on the top of the list, as they had a really tumultuous relationship, both as friends and boyfriend girlfriend in the past," a source close to Demi tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. "Hearing that she is his favorite actually makes her feel really good. She considers this to be very important."
