The Duchess of Cambridge is in labor, and she’s making sure the royal baby is welcomed in grand comfort and style! Find out about the luxury amenities the mom-to-be is enjoying.

After Kate Middleton, 31, went into labor in the early morning hours of July 22, the Duchess of Cambridge and her husband, Prince William, 31, have settled into her room in the Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital in London. But the birthing suite isn’t just like any other hospital room — it costs a whopping $9,000 a night!

After undergoing a major renovation last year, the Lindo Wing is more lavish than ever before! Besides providing the “highest quality of care” for their patients, expecting parents are provided with a variety of luxuries to make their stay even more enjoyable — at the cost of $9,000 a night, according to the Daily Mail.

Among the amenities that Kate and William will have access to are individual birthing rooms and a birthing pool, satellite television, radio, internet access, daily newspaper deliveries and a personal safe.

And for the parents and their guests, the Lindo Wing comes equipped with a catering staff, complete with a wine list and champagne to celebrate the happy occasion!

Kate arrived at St. Mary’s Hospital in London in the early morning hours of July 22, driven by her husband without a police escort. Clarence House announced the news on their official Twitter account in a statement that read:

Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge has been admitted this morning to St. Mary's Hospital, Paddington, London in the early stages of labour. The Duchess travelled by car from Kensington Palace to the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's Hospital with The Duke of Cambridge.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge entered the hospital via the Mary Stanford entrance, just like Princess Diana did when she was giving birth to William in 1982.

What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Do you think the Lindo Wing is too lavish?
