Selena partied with her best girlfriends Lily Collins and Julianne Hough – who was also celebrating her birthday — at the Roosevelt Hotel, and judging by these pics, she had a great time!
Selena and her friends spent the night dancing, and the girls even got her a cake with Justin Bieber’s face on it! Looking sexy in her devil outfit, Selena and the girls enjoyed the flapper themed party.

Selena Gomez’s Birthday: She Reveals Her Plans
On May 30, Selena revealed that she has big plans for her actual birthday on July 22.
“Obviously in America 21 is the age,” she told Much Music, “so I'm gonna actually have a really big party. I wanna have a great party — I'm gonna invite my friends and my family, and I'm definitely gonna celebrate."
